Czy leci z nami pilot?

It's official, the flight to Seoul has been canceled. Say whaaat?? I know I was in shock too, but hey every cloud has a silver lining :)

We had to queue for about 5 hours at the airport to hear that no direct flight to Seoul is available. So we had only one choice - to destroy the ring of power! Yes, that and to book a flight from Helsinki to Moscow and then finally to Seoul. The flight will take a 'little' longer considering the fact that we'll have to wait 8 (sic!) hours at Moscow airport.

The flight is tomorrow so we actually ended up in Helskinki, in a hotel called 'Rantasipi'. Due to a shortage of rooms I got the 'superior' one. You probably wonder what's the difference between the 'superior' and 'economy'. I'll tell you what.... mine room has got a cocktail cabinet which is full of snacks and alcohol (which ofc I won't drink). But now you see why I'm extra happy.

Peace out!
Stay tuned!

Farewell party #1

You know what guys, I just realized that I love farewell parties. Like the one we had last night. We made a really good quartet yesterday. I wish I could go away more often.
Big thanks to Ola for letting us into her apt.

Monika brought some pictures from her Erasmus in Greece. And the only one I managed to remember was the photo of her roomie - Frankie The Cockroach. I mean I don't know his real name (or species more like it) so I called him that way. I heared that Frankie wasn't a troublesome fellow, all he did was sitting in a tub all day. But the only thing that came to my mind was "Yuck! I really feel sorry for you Monika."
Hope I won't end up like she did. No, I'm 100% sure I'll get better roomies in Korea.

Easy now. I know it's supposed to be a blog about Korea, but hey I'm in Warsaw now and I'm bored. I promise the next entry will be about Korea. :)

So stay tuned!

A shiny new thingy

I'm so excited. Yesterday I finally got my visa. That means I really am going to Korea after all.

After American this is my second visa. It's not as impressive as the one I've already got, it's less eye-catching and.... where the hell is my photo? I thought all the visas have a picture in it. Guess I was wrong. But that's ok, I still like it though. It's sort of convex which is kinda cool. And my brother says there is a sight in the background, yeah a gunsight in the background :) Is this supposed to indicate something?
Nah, just joking with you guys :) But Korean visa rules!

Peace out.

Final countdown

Do Korei wylatuje 26 lutego.

Stay tuned.
